Returning an Item
What to do now:
- Put your item into an envelope or box (as appropriate).
- Include a note explaining the reason for yorur return for our warehouse staff. Please also include your name, address (including postcode) and order number if you know it.
- If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, and are sending your items from within the UK, we will provide you with a freepost returns address, otherwise please send your parcel to:

Please ask for a free certificate of posting (with the weight of the parcel) at your post office.
If you are returning an item because you want to exchange it for another item then redelivery charges will apply.
We advise you to send returns using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.
What happens next:
We aim to deal with returned items on the day that we receive them.
Refunds will be made to the card or PayPal account that was used to place the original order.
It will take 5-7 working days after we have received your item for the refund to appear on your account statement.
