Delivery Options

Place your order by 2pm GMT (excl. weekends & public holidays) for same day dispatch. Please note - we have no control over your parcel once it leaves our warehouse and cannot guarantee the timescales below.

Same Day Dispatch

We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday before 2pm. If your order is placed after that it will be shipped the next working day.

Note: Bank Holidays and National Holidays are not working days. Royal Mail and all couriers are closed. As all shipping is handled by a third party we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in the duration quoted. Back-order items and items such as sex dolls, which have a 10-14 day lead time, are dispatched the next business day after they become available.

Not at home during the day?

No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to, however you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the delivery address section during checkout. Don't worry, its very discreet, the image on this page shows how your order will look.

What if you're out when your order arrives?

If you're out when your order arrives, your postman or courier will leave a card telling you where to pick up your discreetly packaged order.

Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days where you may collect it. After 7 days parcels are then returned to us.

DPD will contact you by text or email to notify you of a delivery time and date. If this is not convenient for you, you have the option to change it. DPD will attempt delivery 3 times, if they are still unsuccessful after this time the parcel is returned to us.

If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us postal charges will regrettably apply to send the goods back out to you.

DPD will attempt delivery 3 times, after which a fee of £5.79 plus VAT is applied to return your parcel to us.
Instructions for arranging re-delivery are provided by text and email, as well as on the calling card DPD will leave if they cannot deliver your parcel. You must contact DPD to re-arrange delivery using these instructions. If you fail to re-arrange delivery and your parcel is returned to us, we'll issue an invoice requesting payment to cover this cost. This must be paid before we arrange further delivery.

Tracking your order

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you when we dispatch your order. You can normally use this number to track your parcel from around 8pm on the day of dispatch.

Please be aware that cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied during the checkout process.

DPD delivery services have limited availability in the below postcodes

You may place an order using DPD as your delivery service if you live in the below postcodes, however please note that an alternative delivery option will be automatically assigned by DPD and we have no control over what delivery service they apply. Please contact our Customer Care team with any questions and we'll try to answer as best we can.

If you order products for delivery to one of the above international delivery destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Please be aware heavy or large orders may be charged extra shipping costs above those shown at checkout. We will contact you once your order is ready for dispatch with any extra shipping charge.

Stock and Ordering

Goods that are in stock are dispatched same day if you order before 1pm. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock and are happy to wait a bit longer for delivery, we would expect to get your goods to you within 12 days.

If any questions should arise regarding your order, we will try to contact you by email, and if that fails, we will try to contact you by phone if a number was provided during checkout.

If you select an item that is out of stock and choose overnight shipping as your method of delivery we will not dispatch your order until all the goods are in stock. If you wish to do a split dispatch order please contact us.

Royal Mail First Class, Second Class & International Untracked Post

If you instruct us to send your order using a Royal Mail First Class, Second Class or International Untracked postal service, Royal Mail does not offer any tracking or any compensation. If a parcel goes missing we do not replace the order or refund the shipping. You are taking the risk in shipping on these much cheaper untracked services.

Having said this Royal Mail are very reliable and we have very few issues, but if this is still a concern please only use a tracked service to ship your order. These will have full tracking and compensation if a problem arises. If there is an issue with a tracked shipment then we can claim for compensation on goods and the shipping costs for you.

Discreet Packaging In Boring Brown Boxes

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and with our discreet packaging you can shop in confidence. With totally plain packaging, the only person getting excited by your delivery is you.

All orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or by DPD courier. Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your parcel will need to be signed for unless you opt for Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post.

What will it have written on it?

Royal Mail requires us to have a return address on your parcel. This is shown as PO BOX 228, Hitchin, Herts, SG4 0WW. The address does not include 'Sinful Thrills'.

What your package will look like

All orders are sent in plain packaging. There's absolutely no way of telling what's inside the package or who the sender is. Here are photographs of how your order is discreetly and securely packaged.

Larger items are dispatched in our plain, sturdy custom-made boxes. We have two sizes of boxes to cope with larger toys and board games.

Smaller items such as condoms are sent in plain, heavy-duty padded envelopes

There are no markings on the back or side of your parcel. The only markings are your address label on the front, which appears as below, and a Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier sticker depending on the service used.
